I have never been so disappointed in an insurance company and agent as I am with Beth Santillan from State Farm. Disrespect, lies, misinformation given by her staff. Did this agent ever have the courtesy to call me with my concerns and act like an actual agent on my behalf? NEVER, not once!! I do not recommend this agent and her staff.
