These people rob you of your money. They are never available. They are always at “ a meeting “ or “ on another call”. They had me paying for life insurance for two years that I was not even aware of. They never answered the phone when my home flooded. Every time you call they cannot help with questions or changes to your policy. They require an appointment for everything. Service is unacceptable. They have no compassion and work like they are scamming people.

Cristina Heredia…. One word to describe her service…. AMAZING! I called office to opt out of coverages I didn’t need and the first person who took my call (didn’t get her name) was not very helpful and somewhat unprofessional…almost a brush off and insisted this notice was sent before….
