The process of finding a good therapist can be daunting and stressful, sometimes making finding the right kind of help difficult. I found a gem when I met Beth and understood quickly that she was a good fit for our family. I called twice in the middle of the day on a Tuesday and had to leave a message. That's fine, however it was NOT my first attempt to get an answer here, I was never called back last time. This time Beth decided to test me at 7:40 at night that shes "full up, good luck" I feel lucky they didnt pick up. Unprofessional for mental health. People need more to depend on than that. Luckily, I found a place who answered kn the first call and set me up with who I talked to.
