We did in home massages for 5 women with Beth! She was very communicative leading up to the massage, was punctual, and her massage was great! Loved our experience and can't wait to be in Maine and use Beth's services again.
Beth is the best massage therapist I've ever gone to. She has found the medium sweet spot that is not too gentle but doesn't hurt either, and she has great advice on how I can stretch to improve muscle tightness and posture issues.
I was having unexplained lower back pain and Beth provided a wonderful massage. Using her knowledge of the human body she was also able to recommend other treatments and specialists. I can wholeheartedly recommend Beth!
