Dr Lalande is by far one of the best doctors Ive ever seen! She really goes the extra mile for her patients. Appointments do not seem rushed like others I have experienced, and she really listens to her patients. Thankful to have her apart of my care team and I cannot say enough great things about her!!
Smart, Kind, Professional .
Made an appointment with this doctor months ago, as my current Froedtert endocrinologist was switching locations. Was told today that a mistake was made, and my appointment will not be honored. I asked how can I guarantee the next endocrinologist will not cancel on me as well, and was sent to an escalation specialist. This is not acceptable.
Can't say enough good things about her. Knowledgeable, caring, committed.
I highly recommend Dr Lalande. She and her staff are very thorough and great to work with.
