I have never had a real estate transaction go so smoothly. I would recommend Beth Little 100 times over. She was in contact on a regular basis. The condo was listed during the Holidays and sold two days before Christmas. Closed first week in Janurary. This was an estate sale and couldn't have gone any better. Beth Little is awesome.
