Beth Little did an outstanding job marketing our condo in Canton, MI. She began by making several recommendations to ensure the condo made a good first impression on potential buyers then put extra effort into getting ready for the sale including using a professional company to certify that utilities were in working condition and checked that appliances were recently updated.
