one star is far too generous for this practice. When you schedule an appointment, they get the dates wrong. You get no help from Doctors and staff and they don't care about the patients here. GO TO BOSTON!!!!!!!!! You will not receive the care you deserve. Because of them, I had an infection for weeks even after informing them of my symptoms. I will never step foot in this practice ever again. The worst I have been to in my life! listen to the reviews. We are not making this up!
Scheduling staff is very very rude, does not listen to patient concerns, even when the concerns are validated by medical paperwork, this is place where you won’t feel supported or cared for by the staff and as every other Google review says, her name is Natasha, very rude, very unprofessional, doesn’t even allow you to voice your concerns, talks you down without even explaining the process, you try to explain you have medical verification of all of this, she doesn’t allow you to talk, interrupts mid sentence, doesn’t allow y... read more
Been going here for years. Although A LOT of the staff has changed, the ones that remain and the new ones seem committed to patient care. Receptionist Natasha has always been nothing but kind, sweet, helpful, caring, and patient with me. Recently the practice moved mountains to help squeeze me in for a OBGYN medical urgency/emergency - I am very grateful for that, because other Beth Israel locations haven’t given this new issue the attention it requires, while BI Dedham has. I had numerous issues with this practice. The front desk staff were consistently rude. Although I was assigned a primary doctor, I was seen by a different OB-GYN at nearly every visit. I never felt valued as a patient or as a person, only as a source of revenue. Over time, they repeatedly performed the same medical procedure, assuring me each time that it would eventually be successful despite previous failures. Natasha at the front desk was very rude. I have been going there for a long time and the front desk was always so kind. Unfortunately, it’s not the case anymore. It’s to bad.
