I want to share my experience with Dr. Macisaac regarding family planning and surgical procedures. I am incredibly grateful to have had her as my surgeon. Dr. Macisaac's practice left me with a rare syndrome which can cause permanent infertility. I urge women to avoid this practice. I went in for a D&C post-miscarriage. They kept me waiting for 4 hours in a freezing cold room in a paper gown after I'd been fasting since 8pm the night before, including no water.
