If the insurance company did not mandate that I do business with them I would not get my prescription from them. They are the most incompetent people overall that I have dealt with any were. On more than one occasion I spoke to the pharmacist regarding my prescription and was told and the pharmacist insisted that I never had that prescription filled at this pharmacy and must have been another pharmacy. The 1 star reviews reflect my overall experience with this pharmacy. I have had an experience (or two) where the employee was knowledgeable, helpful, and compassionate. I guess I call those my "lucky I got this person" moments. Other times I am left frustrated and wish every employee was like that one employee I encounter sporadically.
Very poor experience with this pharmacy. I wish I didn’t have to use it to receive my specialty meds through my insurance. I always dread having to communicate with them because they are so poor at communicating. They tell me medications will be in my order, they do not arrive, when I call they tell me I need a prior authorization. No one called to let me know this or that I would not be receiving my medication. I also have received this med earlier in the year and know I had to get a PA for it at that time. I’ve never had a more PROACTIVE, friendly, convenient pharmacy experience. The staff reach out to help quickly facilitate prescriptions, and will work hard to find medications that are in short supply. Every transaction is smooth, and the stress my family has surrounding prescriptions has evaporated. It honestly feels like a luxury to have such a reliable pharmacy and I have no clue how anyone would be dissatisfied with the service provided.
