Rude staff HIPPA violations
Dr Collins is wonderful. He listens to me and answers all my questions honestly with gentle humor and kind advice. He never rushes me, and makes me feel welcome every time. And he's well versed in the latest medical treatments and news! It's pretty rare that I can ask him a question about something I've read that he doesn't know about. I’ve had a few appointments with Katelyn Beemon, Np. I have to say, she is unbelievably kind, patient, intelligent, takes her time and listens well, converses options, weighs options, follows up, and genuinely cares about her patients. It’s a great feeling knowing she’s on my care team. 10/10

I've never had a problem until now. They don't hand documents over as requested, I've been out of meds for about 10 days with no return call or portal message. Dr Collins is a great man, but the office he works for is so awful I intend on moving elsewhere.
