Efficient, friendly and professional staff. I was seen on time and, when I had to come back for additional tests, they stayed late to accommodate me.
Horrible customer service!! Everytime you call you get placed on hold for at least 15-20min before eventually having to hang up! Super frustrating! This used to be a great place, but has definitely gone down hill since then.
Worst customer service, very rude and loud and they don't listen to you. They hang up before you complete a statement. Poor service management.
Can't even get a PCP. I'm 24 years old and will be needing my own health insurance in 2 years. I don't have 6 months to a year to not have a PCP lined up. They referred me to someone who ended up canceling on me because he left the practice. Are you kidding me? If you know the PCP is leaving, maybe don't refer them to me.
