Had the similar issue with Dr. Pfifer. Dismissed all my symptoms, didn’t really listened and also laughed at my previous doctor for prescribing something to me that actually helped. It was just waste of time and money. I’m happy I went to a different physician after all who took my symptoms seriously and did what was supposed to be done.
Despite being listed all over their page as having availability for new patients and being selected by my insurance after already having a PCP change alongside multiple available appointments on MyChart in the coming weeks, they refused to book an appointment anytime before the end of 2027.
I’ve been a patient here for years, a great team. From primary providers to Gynecologists and staff .
Dr. Pfifer is a terrible physician. She doesn't listen. It took her 3 weeks to get back to me about abnormal lab results. I had to escalate it to the patient relations department only for her to lie and say my abnormal lab results looked great. Avoid booking with her at all costs.
Last time I went my physician asked if an LLM could write down our conversation. What the heck ever happened to regular speech to text? I don't want to go to a hospital where they waste money on models that use huge environment damaging data centers that raise electricity bills. It's unethical and exploits poor rural communities.
