I’ve been a patient here for years, a great team. From primary providers to Gynecologists and staff .
Dr. Pfifer is a terrible physician. She doesn't listen. It took her 3 weeks to get back to me about abnormal lab results. I had to escalate it to the patient relations department only for her to lie and say my abnormal lab results looked great. Avoid booking with her at all costs.
Last time I went my physician asked if an LLM could write down our conversation. What the heck ever happened to regular speech to text? I don't want to go to a hospital where they waste money on models that use huge environment damaging data centers that raise electricity bills. It's unethical and exploits poor rural communities.
Efficient, friendly and professional staff. I was seen on time and, when I had to come back for additional tests, they stayed late to accommodate me.
Horrible customer service!! Everytime you call you get placed on hold for at least 15-20min before eventually having to hang up! Super frustrating! This used to be a great place, but has definitely gone down hill since then.
