Caution if you are coming here for an annual preventive physical. During my routine exam, the doctor asked a standard check-in question about my existing seasonal allergies and OTC medication. Because I answered, the billing department added a separate "office visit" fee on top of my preventive physical without any upfront notice. When I submitted a billing dispute explaining that no new treatment, prescription, or complex evaluation occurred, they simply dismissed it and closed my ticket. Why would I want a primary care with no parking.
My provider is wonderful here, but the front desk is horrible and does not answer the phone. I had an important question I had to call back three times for just to get some type of answer and the last time I called I was on hold for over an hour. Terrible service and it’s very upsetting as a patient.
All the staff are very friendly and professional, and they are attentive to helping patients. It is the first urgent care center I have visited that offers high-quality care and facilities. I am happy to have found it!
