I do not recommend this practice or Dr. Volozhanina. I've been going here for the last 7 years or so. Here are some of my bad experiences: When I had the flu and lingering cough/bronchitis and needed to be seen, they told me "no, you can't come into the office because you have covid-like symptoms" and then argued with me when I told them I tested negative for covid multiple times. I requested my annual physical earlier this year since my blood work wasn't done last year because of a staffing issue on this facility. During the visit with my PCP, I asked a few questions, but now I’m being charged for an office visit instead of an annual physical. I wasn’t informed about any changes or additional charges. It seems unfair to be charged extra for discussing concerns when there was no extra time or testing involved.
Not an honest practice. Especially Dr Shotland and the scheduling staff . The website says “ accepting new patients” and indeed I set up an appointment with Shotland only to be called back and they said that they are not accepting any new patient and cancelled my appointment. I received a message on the portal implying that i cancelled the appointment! I have been a patient to Dr Butterfield ( A very compassionate Doctor) who has since left the practice and was assured that I will be transferred to a doctor within the practi... read more
