I called the other day to get paperwork signed documenting that I was disabled; I'm a stroke survivor, but I also have two inoperable fingers on my left hand, I have a documented history of vertigo/ hx of falling, and have a torn meniscus in my left knee which makes it difficult for me to move quickly. This place is a joke and whomever I spoke to today could not have been more rude. Was told by multiple staff members that Dr Mitterando was taking new patients. Told them who my previous doctor was, etc. Drove 40 minutes to fill out 20 minutes of paperwork, again confirming who my previous doctor was to someone at the front desk. Got a very nice voicemail the same afternoon saying that I was admitted as a new patient and to call back to schedule my appointment for the same week.
