State of the art facility
I love the nurses and doctors here . Especially the nurses . My whole family come here .
They are not medical professionals but an insurance scammers who charge extra for preventative visits and justify the price. Preventative should be zero.
They are careless and very rude. I had new health insurance a few months ago. Because I had a regular check-up yesterday, I called a month ago to update my new health insurance information. I asked if they accepted my new health insurance, and they said yes. The office staff asked me all the information and then told me that the update was complete. After arriving at the hospital yesterday, the hospital staff asked for my physical card. I gave them my card, and they checked the information on the front and back of the card a... read more
This place used to be amazing back when they were a private practice. I loved the NP Melissa and have nothing but wonderful things to say about her. She left shortly after it became so corporate like … pumping patients in and out and super money hungry. It drove out one of the best members of their medical team. I wasn’t receiving call backs on test results, I had to hunt info down. It wasn’t the quality care that I have always known this place to offer. So I recently left and found a new doctor. Be careful!
