The receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional. I waited about 10 minutes for her to finish a phone call before approaching her with a simple question. She didn’t greet me or show any basic courtesy. She rudely responded in a dismissive and condescending tone, as though I were inconveniencing her. This is a doctors office, and patients deserve to be treated with professionalism and respect. I was extremely disappointed by this interaction and hope management takes this feedback seriously.
The rudeness of Lisa the receptionists is appalling and completely unprofessional. I expected basic courtesy and was met with hostility instead.
Dr Rebekah Wallach and staff are wonderful! They all listen with great care, probe with questions and make me very comfortable! Thank you staff
Please avoid Beth Israel physical therapy at all cost. They will overcharge you and not go over pricing before hand. Please go to anyone else besides Beth Israel unless you like paying 3-4 times the national average for physical therapy.
