My NP is kind, but the MD thinks I’m “too young” to have back pain after kids in my mid 30s with hypermobility and the office staff is quite rude, often working against me for some unknown reason. This has been to the point that I sent a message to my NP asking her to intervene. They can’t manage a simple referral, they yell at me (when they bother to take my call), and most recently I was turned away from a 60 min scheduled annual physical for being 9 minutes late (the nurse said “the next pt is here and we have to reschedu... read more

Awful. I hastily switched from old PC last summer as I had trouble getting referred to a specialist. I hope he takes me back. I went there for a blood lab and doctor said he could not do it because I'm over 70, had just eaten lunch, and he wanted a "clean lab." I was also supposed to get a pneumonia shot, but they'd run out of the serum. Remote location, shabby appearance, idiot receptionists.
