I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Leah Kims, who seemed like she didn't even want to be there while she was treating me, unfortunately, during both of my visits with her, in person and virtually. On the other hand, all the nurses were extremely caring. Disappointing billing practice I scheduled what was supposed to be a routine annual physical, which I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for before. During the visit, I was asked a general screening question about chest pain. I answered honestly that I sometimes feel chest tightness when I’m stressed — something very common. My primary care doctor has been by my side when I was dealing with grief from my boyfriend's death. I remember the day that when she stopped just as she about to exit, turned around and said 'this is the first time you have not cried.' Love her!!!

I disagree with the above reviews. I find this Beth Israel Lahey site perfect for my needs and very responsive to any issues that I might have. This location is very accessible which helps my disability needs. The staff is friendly and follow-up all areas that need to be addressed such as appointments, callbacks, sending items to medical records and setting appointments. As their sign says, they are primary care. Primary Care means maintaining a relationship with the patient that covers the total picture in referring to them... read more
