Absolutely horrible experience do not come here, they are short staffed all the time, person set up the wrong date for my appointment and could not be seen for a pretty serious medical issue that’s been going on for 3 weeks, they do not have any flexibility at all as well. Definitely changing PCP.

I had a very unpleasant experience with Dr. Leah Kims, who seemed like she didn't even want to be there while she was treating me, unfortunately, during both of my visits with her, in person and virtually. On the other hand, all the nurses were extremely caring. The receptionists are also rude, but since I'm used to it, I could even overlook that, but unfortunately, the issue with the doctor is impossible to ignore, and the fact that they only have two options, a man and a woman, means I have to look for another place. Disappointing billing practice I scheduled what was supposed to be a routine annual physical, which I’ve never had to pay out of pocket for before. During the visit, I was asked a general screening question about chest pain. I answered honestly that I sometimes feel chest tightness when I’m stressed — something very common. There was no follow-up evaluation, no additional testing, and no discussion that this answer would change the nature of the visit. My primary care doctor has been by my side when I was dealing with grief from my boyfriend's death. I remember the day that when she stopped just as she about to exit, turned around and said 'this is the first time you have not cried.' Love her!!!
