I want to acknowledge my excellent care provided by Ginny while performing my annual mammogram. I was very nervous and anxious , as I knew someone who just succumbed to breast cancer , and she could not have been kinder, more patient and really took the time to explain my potential risks (low) and helped me to see what a radiologist would look for. I cannot thank her enough for her empathy and knowledge.
Special thanks to BILHBC for the exemplary care afforded me during my double biopsy. From check in to release I was blessed to have been cared for by the best! Special thanks to Dr. Chicarilli, Kate McNair, NP, Hope Henderson, Denise, and Nurse Joyce, I am forever grateful!!
Waited 1 hour ten minutes for a customer service representative to answer the phone I was third in line I hung up at 2 hours ten minutes after closing time at 5pm after being totally disgusted. I’ll reschedule when they call me.
