So far so bad, and we are only one day in with BILHAH. I would leave ) stars if I could. PT was supposed to do an at-home assessment a few days after my surgery. They did not come for two weeks. They were a nightmare to communicate with about scheduling. They were often unresponsive to voicemails and texts. My VNA let me know they were on the schedule on multiple occasions only to find out they’d been rescheduled. I wish they had been more helpful. If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional, gives false information to their patients. My mom had a feeding tube placed with no issues swallowing at all and they told her she couldn’t eat chicken or steak or anything besides soft foods. Which was a lie n she should’ve been eating that the whole time cause she needed to gain weight n needed the protein. Called multiple times for troubleshooting with the feeding tube when it clogged and they said try flushing it n if that doesn’t work you need to call the manufacturer,... read more
Requires a covid vaccine to work there WHICH DOES NOTHING TO STOP TRANSMISSION. go find another place to work cause this isnt it.
