The care I have received from Alex Seifollahi is truly top notch. She is the only person on my medical team that I feel actually cares about me, which is truly unheard of. Alex always takes the time to listen, explain things in a way I can understand and then coming up with a plan of action. She gives me my options and follows through. She is quick to respond to MyChart messages as well. BIDMC, give this NP a big raise, she deserves it.
