The billing department made serious errors and refused to receive any phone calls and refused to call insurance company to resolve. I have months of messages in MyChart where they simply state not their problem. My insurance company tried calling at least 8 times during business hours and they don’t answer the phone. The lack of caring or cooperation is astounding. They don’t even try.

The billing department of this facility is charging for services that you do not receive and after months of calls to both facility and billing department with no results but over due statements. Upon posting on social media regarding this matter, I find there are numerous individuals in the same situation from Beth Israel Deaconess Spine Care & Neurosurgery Center. Very disappointed with Chiropractor Talia Fenoglitto, she was good with providing advice and suggestions in regard of labor and delivery but very disappointed in her skill and care... she only spent 10 minutes with me each session and at my second appointment I had to wait for 15 minutes before she came and get me... that day I left her practice very disappointed and the fact that she only gave me less than 10 minutes of some traction movement but I still decided to try her for third times and unfortunately due to facts that... read more
