Beth Israel Deaconess Plymouth Hospital Emergency Department is the most inefficient operation I have ever witnessed in any setting. Their service or lack there of is inhumane. People wait for hours and hours, more leave in frustration because they can’t get service. Any business that operates this way has absolutely no chance of surviving in a competitive market place. If there was a rating of “0” I would have opted for that.

We're still here after seeing 5 people to "check in". 3 1/2 hours later and still haven't been seen by a doctor. Coming from the Washington DC area where they have a website to let you know the waiting times and will let you wait in your car, text you when its your turn to be seen, so you're not sitting next to sick people for 3.5 hours and yet to be seen. People are nice, but evidently understaffed.

absolutely the worst ER experience i have ever had. A particular nurse was especially rude and not patient at all the waiting room time is absolutely atrocious we were waiting for 6 hours even after we were put on a warning to the doctors. when they did the iv it took them 6 tries to get it in and 2 different nurses on 3 different veins. all and all it was just a terrible experience i do not recommend

Took my father here for chemical in his eyes waited four hours in the waiting room before we were even seen four hours with chemical burns all in his eye his chest and his arms we now have to see specialists and deal with even worst burns when they could have rinsed his eyes out sooner and been better off

Lol I called to ask about my blood pressure being high on blood pressure meds for my anxiety to see if it was a dangerous level and they hung up on me. -0 out of 10.
