I tried to get a scan done before a specialist appointment in Boston. The specialist recommended I get it done with my OBGYN locally so we would have the information going into the appointment and then I also wouldn’t have to travel two hours one way. I contacted BID OBGYN and since my NP had passed away they set me up with a new doctor. After a terrible birth experience with Cape Cod Hospital OB/GYN, I transferred here. It was like night and day. A live human being answers every time you call, and the nurses and midwives call back quickly if you have questions for them. The office staff are friendly and respectful. The medical staff are knowledgeable and prompt while taking the time to understand your concerns and explain their answers in layman's terms.
