If it was possible to give 0 stars, I would. The staff in the ED are incredibly rude, especially to people of color and ELLs. The PCAs DO NOT take vitals accurately. Instead of taking temperatures under the tongue, LIKE A REAL HOSPITAL, they use inaccurate thermometers. The nurse with the blue hair does not render care to her patients. She stuck me in the grossest room in the ED and refused to give me a bed, despite the fact that I had a fever of 102. This department should be investigated, IMMEDIATELY.
There should be a rating lower than 1 star. Unless you're seeing the grim reaper, avoid this place. Poor service. Long waits. EXPENSIVE prices.
DOCTOR ANDREW RINNE MD. Extremely unprofessional left my room and forgot immediately that he needed to go look at my charts to see my blood work that came back abnormal I know because I seen the chart before he did. Never came back until I was discharged. My nurse had to come and give me the medicine that he said he was going to prescribe to me… Her words, I quote” he forgot about you but I didn’t” she was the SWEETEST. If you are pregnant and experiencing an emergency, I strongly recommend going elsewhere!!! I checked in at 1:15 a.m. and did not get a room until 4:30 a.m. Despite being pregnant and in pain, I was left sitting in the waiting room for over three hours. Prolonged sitting significantly worsened my pain, and I begged three separate times just for a stretcher in the hallway—I didn’t care where, I just needed somewhere to lie down.
