DOCTOR ANDREW RINNE MD. Extremely unprofessional left my room and forgot immediately that he needed to go look at my charts to see my blood work that came back abnormal I know because I seen the chart before he did. Never came back until I was discharged. If you are pregnant and experiencing an emergency, I strongly recommend going elsewhere!!! I checked in at 1:15 a.m. and did not get a room until 4:30 a.m. Despite being pregnant and in pain, I was left sitting in the waiting room for over three hours. Prolonged sitting significantly worsened my pain, and I begged three separate times just for a stretcher in the hallway—I didn’t care where, I just needed somewhere to lie down. The worst emergency room I’ve gone to, I went there for chest pain, heart palpitations, and both my blood pressure and heart rate were high. Then, I have a history of pericardial effusion. They made me wait for 6 hours, when I asked them that I wanted to see a doctor, the nurse told me that my blood tests and EKG were ok, and I was not their priority. Even though they saw I could not lie flat on the bed for the EKG test because I was in so pain. I was mad, and they told me I could leave if I wanted. I went home, and they did... read more
I was sent there by an endontist and urgent care because of a bad infection and the antibiotics not working. Not only did the staff not care, there was no pretense of caring. Every inquiry was taken as a complaint. I choose to leave and take my chances with sepsis.
