They rescheduled my original PCP appointment to 9am today with an NP. I drove an hour in the rain and morning traffic to get here at 9:11am. The front desk lady was talking and checking with the doctor and said they would have to reschedule me since I arrived late at 9:13am. I corrected her with 9:11, and she replied “it’s the same, by the time I check you in, it will be 9:15!”. They must have too many patients that they just don’t care. Called twice at noon on a Friday and got an answering machine. Thanks for the help
Absolutely unacceptable. They cancelled the appointment and only notified me via the patient portal. I got a regular email confirmation that confirmed the appointment - so if there was a change or cancellation, the m same method should have been used. Wastes a day off on this. The other reviews are right, this staff is incompetent and RUDE. Just said sorry and said that’s how it is and I would need to reschedule. Trust me and stay away and find another healthcare provider. Eliza Henley, your office must do better.
