I had a very positive experience as a new intake patient. Just make sure to check in with the front desk even if you have checked in on your phone.
Bad experience with this place. My primary send me here with a referral and the phone wait is over 1 hr and at the end they just Hang the phone been trying to reach them for several days now and no luck so far hopefully the DR Are better than the staff
Dr. Elgiziry is a great doctor. Cecil and everyone there are great.
Not sure why there's so many negative reviews but my experience was quite the opposite. The receptionist was very sweet to me upon arrival and let me tell you about Cecil... I absolutely enjoyed my initial appointment with her, it was very organic and she's a wonderful listener. Even the Phlebotomist was a sweetheart. Looking forward to my care here!
Love Cecil she's the best, receptionist is quick and super helpful. Clean facility, lab @ the practice is helpful so you don't have to reschedule bloodwork. Could be a little more clear on communication but overall good practice
