A patient for over 20 years. Switched jobs and during my 90 day waiting period was treated rudely and was told no appointment without insurance. Then when I questioned that they spitefully put $164 bill to collections. Pathetic
Staff was unprepared and duplicated my file then made me wait for 2 hrs only to be told to “take a bath”? Very unprofessional and no help whatsoever
