If you don't mind waiting 5 days for a return call? If you don't mind dealing with a rude, abrasive, angry woman who finally does call you back? If you don't mind gathering your own medical records & 'faxing' them over-before they'll even talk to you at all-(tho they already have complete access to your records in their own BILH system anyway)? Well then you won't mind this place.
