I’ve tried to get a hold of this company multiple times for my son to start therapy and received no response. The phone always goes to voicemail. I even put an inquiry on the website and have not received a response. I’ll take my business elsewhere.
My son has been taking speech and occupational therapy here and loves it! He was hesitant on the first day but his therapists Kelsey and Rachel were so patient with him and made him feel so welcome, now he's super comfortable and looks forward to going. He even reminds me that it's therapy day, Lol! I also like how it's a team effort and everyone in the office visibly enjoys their job. Thank you all for your wonderful service!
Amazing staff! Helped me and my family feel so welcomed, especially Miss Betsy who went above and beyond for our daughter’s AAC evaluation. We are so thankful for the services we have received!
My youngest daughter is non-verbal and severely autistic. We felt like we didn’t truly know her, even though she’s 11 years old. Miss. Betsy has helped us get my daughter a specialized tablet to help her communicate! We have so many questions for my daughter that most parents take for granted like what’s her favorite color? Does she like dogs or cats? What hobbies does she like? What does she want for her birthday? We need to know what she needs and to help her feel like we truly understand her.
