I saw Dr. Leopod for routine menopause symptoms and requested HRT. She performed an unnecessary, invasive and painful biopsy as well as an unnecessary ultrasound. Months later I still have not heard the results of these tests nor have I received my prescriptions. When I called her office I was told that she had seen me for “irregular bleeding” not perfectly normal menopause. She may be good at delivering babies but she definitely does not understand menopause.
I saw Dr Leopold through a miscarriage and delivery of my second child and had an amazing experience with her. Not only did I see her for every appointment, but she also delivered my baby. She is patient, knowledgeable, and understanding if you decide to opt out of anything for personal reasons. Dr. Leopold is the absolute best! I wish she could be my family doctor so I could go to her and only her for all my medical needs.
