My husband has been a member of Beth’s for 10 years, so I was grandfathered in. We had an awful accident that was not our fault, Beth did not know our policy or how to handle the situation. She told us to file a claim and that it would NOT negatively impact us in any way, we found out however, it DID when switching insurance. Unfortunately we did not find out how incompetent she was until we actually needed to utilize her services and now we will be paying for it moving forward with our new insurer.
Beth is an awesome and knowledgeable insurance agent. I appreciate her wisdom on the issues facing insurance customers and her advice on proper coverages at great prices. 5⭐️ because that is the most I’m allowed to give.

I post this today after speaking with Olivia about a complex combination of changes to my auto insurance. She figured it out and was patient to take time to make sure I understood the changes.
