Cold and unempatheric. I apparently "wasted 5 minutes too much of her time" while she yelled that at me and walked out slamming the door leaving me sobbing. As a patient of what had to be more than 10 years, also knowing my cervical history, she also refused to help with any short term disability paperwork leaving me without recourse and almost losing my job. Been a patient here for a number of years now and I love the entire staff.
I had a emergency today I needed them to do a referral to see an Ophthalmologist, for my eye I scratch it anyways they didn't do it I didn't get to see the doctor I will NEVER go back to them they are very disappointing plus been with them a year I have never met the doctor they receive 0 stars from me
