Dr. Smith is an excellent primary care provider, and I feel lucky to have her as a doctor. I appreciate that she takes my health concerns and questions seriously. I'm never put in a position where I have to over-explain myself as a patient or overly-advocate for myself -- she is thoughtful and respects her patients' intelligence. (I'm sure others can relate to having doctors in the past who dismissed your concerns or overlooked something important.) Dr. Smith is a fantastic doctor! Any patient would be lucky to have her as their primary care physician. She is not only brilliant but also incredibly compassionate. Her dedication is seen in her responsiveness to mychart messages. I always get a response same day. I am not sure what the other reviewers are referring to regarding her bedside manner. She is very kind in conversation and I appreciate her honesty when discussing my health.
I’ve been seeing Dr Smith for a few years now and yea her bedside isn’t the best but she has been very nice and overly polite at times and I told her she didn’t need to do that with me. She has been the best doctor I’ve ever had. She is super smart and has found specific problems I have that my last doctor missed.She is very thorough and isn’t that what you want in a doctor?
