As a loyal customer of Beth's for my whole driving time I am beyond dissatisfied with the service that state farm provides. I have paid a premium to receive what I thought to be excellent service for the past 25 years. Never made a claim due to an accident and the first time I need to it is a hellish nightmare. The car is complete yet there is an airbag sensor that is on nationwide back order for 2 months and state farm would rather me drive the car without the airbags being able to deploy if there is an accident, than help ... read more
