Hands down the worst insurance broker I’ve ever used. Beth is unprofessional as she wouldn’t take calls from clients to discuss why rates went up $100s of dollars shortly after signing. Did absolutely nothing to help her clients. I would never recommend using this branch or her for any of your insurance needs. Wish I could give this no stars. Find someone who goes to bat for lower rates, not some scam artist.
I've been a member with Beth Bales since 2016 and it's been a positive experience the entire time. We found Beth just based on our zip code, but we needed her help because we had gotten in a car accident. She was able to walk us through the entire process and navigate that stressful time in our lives. Fast forward to now, we have homeowners through State Farm as well and Beth has us covered. Every time we have a coverage question, her staff promptly answers the questions! We're very satisfied customers!

Beth and her team are absolutely fabulous! I'm so glad I found them. They are highly knowledgable, understand their products, and have saved us a lot of money. Every time we have a change, the attention to detail and care that they give is exceptional. We are huge fans!
