What do I say or where do I even begin to tell you of the greatness of the Beth Bales State Farm office? They are truly a God sent. The level of service that I have received over the years is truly unmatched. They are a wonderful group and I would not dream of taking my business elsewhere. Happy to be a part of the family.

I've been a customer of Beth's for years. Her office and staff are excellent; helpful, knowledgeable, courteous and prompt. I can't recommend them enough. Great to do business with and will continue to work with her office for another many years!

Beth Bales and her team (shout out to Kristina Sais!) are the best State Farm team out there! It’s really night and day difference from the previous support I received from another State Farm agent/partnership. I love the ease of being able to text the team any and all questions I have. They help me when I need policy questions answered or need policy updates. I have trusted them with my car, home, and rental policies. Thank you to the Bales team!!!

I love doing insurance here. I switch from being loyal to a different location because i wasn’t given the same loyalty in return. When asking for help i would be left ignored. This company is there. Even when my child was in the hospital, they cared and gave me the patience i needed. They are always finding ways to help—ways i didn’t when know were an option
