Dr Mewis is the best GP I’ve ever had. I’ve recommended her to all my friends and my RN sister. They have all moved to her. She listens and she and her staff care.
Great care always
Many of my family members see this doctor. Months ago, I called to schedule an appointment and was told they were in transition and to call back in a few months. I followed their instructions and waited, only to find out when I called again that they had suddenly decided to accept only Medicare patients. While that’s their decision, it would have been much more considerate to inform me upfront, saving me time and effort.
I tried to get in with this office in 3rd quarter of 2024 and was told they were changing to a new system and they wouldn’t be taking new patients until the first quarter of 2025. I held off on going to see any other doctors based on what they told me. Now when I called to get added this year they’ve decided to not take new patients unless they’re on Medicare.
