Spent $40 for a 3-minute appointment. This doctor walked in, sprayed a numbing product into my nostrils, never waited for it to kick in, and proceeded to show me the health of my throat before making a baseline recommendation, and without offering options to ask additional questions before hitting me with a "take care" and quickly departing the room. Dr Colombo is amazing. She listened to my issues and symptoms and addressed them accordingly. I never felt rushed or unheard. This was huge as I have been seeing my PCP for this sinus issue for a few years and she figured it out right away. Her staff is also very nice and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend this office.
In too much of a hurry to get you in and out of the office. implanted tubes for a child, Not an adult, which I am, therefore they were the wrong tubes, and she did them in the office which was very painful and dangerous according to another ENT specialist that I went to see to fix the problem because it wasn’t working. The only upside to that office is the receptionist… She is fabulous!!
Thanks to Dr. Colombo and staff during my visit today in Leominster. Very much appreciate Dr. Colombo taking the time to explain an in office procedure as well as diagnosing the problem and corrective actions. It was a relief to understand what has been happening. Kathy and Vi in the office made the experience for a new patient extremely easy. Thank you.
I had a vocal cord surgery in which Dr Colombo did an amazing job! I was nervous at first, especially with some of the reviews here, however I chose to trust my gut feeling and I was not wrong. The day of the surgery, she explained everything, made me feel at ease, was correct about my diagnosis, and at my post op, full healing was achieved. She even called me after surgery to check on me.
