I've lived in my Betenbough home since March 2024. The experience has been excellent! Sure I've had things that needed to be addressed. Nothing on earth is perfect. The warrenty team has been so good. Very responsive. Really stand by their word and their work. I love my home! Huge shout out to Cody! Guy is awesome. Logan too! Great people. Not only did they help with their support, they also made me feel welcome in the Lubbock community.

I had a problem with a water spout, Coop came out assessed the problem and had it working great in no time. Helpful, responsive and reliable customer service.

Betenbough took care of me and my new build. Their sales team was awesome and helped me out a ton. Warranty team is top notch - responsive & respectful. I would not recommend any other builder!
