Cooper and Diego Supervisor were great. Cooper came in for 30 day warranty and fixed my lawn which wasn’t getting water from the sprinklers. Very good work.

Betenbough will mess up your foundation when they build it and then the warranty team will fix it but will scratch your furniture up in the process and will just offer a “touch up” stick for furniture that they scratched up, instead of being careful with your stuff. They also have a “walk through with a manager” but leave paint all over the new floors that they just put in. I never expected that less than a month after purchasing a brand-new home, I would be writing a review like this. The sales process and front-office experience were excellent. Unfortunately, my experience changed dramatically once the property was turned over and I began dealing with the warranty department. The issues themselves were not what destroyed my confidence in Betenbough Homes. Every new home will have punch-list items. My disappointment comes from how those concerns were handled.
