Good service, good people, terrible neighborhood design. Extremely over crowded in Lubbock TX. Bettenbough homes are now losing value. Poor investment.
Make sure everything is fixed on your home before you close because after you close, they start making up excuses why they can’t fix items in your home and just wanna come in and waste your time. Leave you with cracks in your bathtub. Set you up for appointments that they won’t bring anybody who can fix anything and then send you up for more appointments Tim will show up not fix anything and make another appointment . total waste of time
I didn’t end up renting through Madison, but she went above and beyond to help me during my search. Super kind, responsive, and easy to work with!
