Betancourt did a reasonably good job with the installation itself. However, when a subsequent generator inspection failed because of the lawn to house conduit that Betancourt used, I left a message for them at least 4 times (no one answered the phone) to call me about the issue. I received no response whatsoever and finally had to call a plumber to come out and fix it.
