I was very disappointed with my experience with Beta wellness. The biggest issue was the lack of communication throughout the process. Information was not provided in a timely manner, and I was often left having to follow up for updates or clarification. Informed delivery of our swim spa would take place 10-12 weeks.. what a joke… more like 6months! Don’t use their spa doctor! You can use an independent one. We recently purchased the Miami spa from Beta Wellness in Maroochydore. At all times the staff were professional and informative and we never felt pressured, only informed. The whole delivery and set up ran very smoothly and we are now enjoying many enjoyable and relaxing spas.

Left a 5 star review on Friday. Tried to claim my 2 FREE FILTERS today Monday they reneged on the deal and only gave me one filter and said because I bought my spa more the 3 or 4 years ago I am ineligible for the promotion??? DOESN'T PAY TO BE A LOYAL CUSTOMER of 6 years to this business 👎👎. See promotion brochure below.
I brought the Miami spa about 3 years ago. Happy with this spa for my family. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. Have had to replace the flow handles as they are weak plastic, other than that no dramas.
