I brought the Miami spa about 3 years ago. Happy with this spa for my family. The staff have been very helpful and friendly. Have had to replace the flow handles as they are weak plastic, other than that no dramas.
The staff at Beta are friendly, well informed and willing to please by answering all our questions and making sure that we bought the right spa that suited our needs. We would highly recommend anyone wishing to purchase a spa to go to Beta Wellness on the Sunshine Coast.

We recently purchased a Fun for All swim spa from Beta Wellness in Maroochydore There was a small delay with delivery as it was a special order. Arrived as expected and delivery into a difficult spot on our property was completed by crane truck without any trouble. Apart from delay with replacing the faulty cover, all is now good and we are very happy with the product. Great people to deal with. I prefer to support local companies.
Down to earth, genuine experts. The spa is amazing, high quality and the post sales service I can't fault.
