We bought a Byron Bay spa and a 4.2m plunge pool with the help of Narelle at Beta Wellness in Brendale some time ago. Both were delivered Aug 2022 and after some minor setbacks with Energex connecting three phase, we were finally able to fill them in Nov 2022. A momentous event! We just bought a spa and Narelle was amazing to deal with. She was so informative, put no pressure on us just gave us all the information we needed to get set up. She also stayed back a little to help us make the right decision… hands down a great person to work with and great product at a fantastic price.

After we went to several spa retailers and the spa show we decided on an Oasis Spa. Not only was the quality better the service we received from Narelle was five star. Delivery was smooth and the in home handover was a great help. I had a few problems with the initial set up and Narelle offered to return and run through things again with me. All sorted and enjoying our spa. Thank you.

Thanks Narelle and her team from SPA Choice here on the North side. The delivery team where excellent and delivered the Spa safely and located it exactly where we wanted it on our new slab!
