We recently purchased a spa from Beta Wellness. Carmel provided an exceptional level of customer service from start to finish. Great communication. Also provided some great contacts for delivery and installation. I highly recommend Beta Wellness and importantly, Carmel of course.

Bought a spa 18 months ago, spa was placed on property before house was built in front of it. Was assured my warranty on my spa would not begin until I picked up my starter chemical pack meaning the spa would be filled and in use which their own records would show to be around June or July 2033. During that time I was told they no longer stocked the spa I had paid in full for and the only option offered was a sub spec spa. So I accepted that.
