We absolutely love our swim spa - after installing ours we would never have a swimming pool again. We had a few hiccups at the start which is normal when ordering things from overseas but Mark was fantastic during the wait period and his support since install has been second to none. Thank you
Our gorgeous swim spa “ Susie jacuzzi “ that we purchased from Mark arrived in July and she is a beauty. ! The price was unbeatable. I’m finally enjoying her as I had surgery delaying my ability to use it, however she is bliss! Both an aesthetic and practical addition to our home. Mark’s handover was above and beyond as we were new to the spa owners world.
Purchased a Byron Bay Spa from Mark at Hervey Bay store. Information on product was helpful and price was amazing. This is our second spa from Betta Wellness as we moved house the spa is awesome wouldn’t buy any other the wait was worth it.
I walked into the hub centre 12 months ago, spoke with Mark and Craig and bought a Spa , They were great to deal with and very knowledgeable regarding information I was asking about Spas and operating procedures. They came to my house for a hand over after delivery. The Spa is twelve months old and has not missed a beat .I highly recommend if looking for a spa drop in and check out there Spa display centre very impressive.
