I am very impressed with the service and sales I've received from Nick at the Beta Spa shop in Bayswater. He has personally made it a point to clearly explain the features and maintenance of the spa i purchased. He accommodated the delays i had to go through and gave me a very good price on the unit i purchased. Thanks Nick I'm enjoying the new spa and I'm thrilled with the choice i made.

I went in and purchased a product for my spa to reduce PH. I was told by Anthony the manager that if product did not work, I would get money back. When I tried to return product when PH remained unchanged, Anthony told me there is no refund, These people are not honest and do not honour their agreements. Buyer BEWARE!
