We used Attorney Goines for a legal issue. Unfortunately the reason for the 2 star was because we had a question about our bill that we were not clear on. Ms. Tice called and was very rude. Her tone was nasty and she also hung up the phone on me at the end of the call before letting me finish. Clients have a right to ask questions about a bill that they don’t understand.
