IF I COULD GIVE ZERO STARS, I WOULD! I have been to Besty’s because a mechanic referred me. On the phone I was given one price, but when it was time to pay the price doubled. When I asked questions, I was verbally assaulted and threaten that they will undo the job that was done which I was paying for. I was cussed at and told to “shut up” and I’m a paying customer. Great at doing their job. Their tires have always been the best since I started using this shop. I have been here several times for brake pad change and other mechanical issues and they have been of great help. If you need good reliable job done on your vehicle always visit them.
