I purchased my first home through Bestwick and it was an awful experience. We dealt with Caitlin who was pleasant but didn’t know anything about the house she was selling. It definitely wasn’t anything she said or did that made me go through with the purchase. The house had tenants in it who were also being looked after by Bestwick and the house was in appalling conditions, it hadn’t been cleaned in 2 years let alone before an open house day.
