Fantastic staff who helped us out in a pinch. We needed bed for a retirement home situation. This Canadian company manufactures on-site. Same day cash and carry for our situation. Really reasonable pricing on bed liners and decent quality sheet sets. I will be a return customer.
My family has purchased mattresses from Bestway for decades. They are local, reasonably priced and staff is always friendly & helpful.
Bestway? Worstway. The products are decent and priced okay, they have decent community support - however, your customer service is absolutely terrible. While your staff are friendly - it seems so clear that they don't communicate with each other or relay information effectively. Very uncoordinated communication skills, does not leave me feeling comfortable with your services. Likely won't interact again, likely will shop elsewhere with more put together and coordinated staff.
Absolutely Amazing! Will not ever buy from a big box store ever again. not only were they kind a courteous, they honestly genuinely care. They are the best and will never go anywhere else!
