They sent me a tire with a big bubble in the sidewall. Can not be used safely. They refused to take it back. I never drove on it, just received it. They put me on hold for 1/2 hour just to tell me they would not take the tire back. Do not give these crooks your money!
Make sure you know what the result of "patch/plug" method looks like I took the tire to American Tire co to be installed. However, they don't want to take a responsibility of the driver's safety to install that tire. So I don't want to risk anything and order new tire from Amazon. On their website, there is a explanation of Repairing with a "patch/plug" is the only RMA (Rubber Manufacturers Association) approved way to repair a tire.
